Let there be Cake!


So I am having a hankerin' for Pioneer Woman's Italian Cream cake! My coworker is making it, after a much successful tasting of it a few weeks ago when I brought it into the office, and I can't stop thinking about it's coconutty, walnutty, creamy cheesy goodness!! I am not a baker, and I was able to whip this cake up and let me tell you--it's worth every calorie it probably includes!

To stay on track with my Made To Crave book by Lysa Terkeurst, I recommend making the cake, enjoying a teensy (ok medium) little slice, and taking it to work to share with everyone!!
